Outsourcing

Onsite IT Staff
Qualification and experience agreed with the customer to work on customer premises daily. Depending on agreement we have, SoftNet or customer may have to provide the staff with working tools.
Onsite Management IT System
Normally this is when there is large number of staff, where there is a need for an onsite manager to track daily staff attendance, performance, leave, sickness and replacement in case of absence, etc.
Remote IT Support
A customer is supported based on calls that he makes to request for services, it may involve our staff to physically visit the client site or just attend the issues by logging in remotely or just over the telephone.
Support and Maintenance
We provide scheduled maintenance services (e.g. quarterly or semi-annually) for agreed number of nodes (hardware, applications, etc). It may also involve specified number of visits per week or month to perform support services as per agreement.
On call Support
A customer is supported based on calls that he makes to request for services, it may involve our staff to physically visit the client site or just attend the issues by logging in remotely or just over the telephone.
Automation
